Job Summary
Working from Monday to Friday in two shifts and Friday short working hours.
We are looking for a Senior Engineer Control Systems to join our Operations team in this role you will ensure the reliability optimization and continuous improvement of control systems enabling safe efficient and highquality manufacturing performance.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE ENABLE INNOVATE!
As our Senior Engineer Control Systems you play a critical role in maintaining and improving automation and control systems to support operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and manage:
1. Control systems reliability & performance
- Ensure availability and reliability of automation and control systems across production lines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues
- Maintain and optimize PLCs and industrial control systems
- Support production teams in minimizing downtime and improving performance
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and GMP standards
2. Continuous improvement & optimization
- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses
- Drive automation upgrades and system modernization initiatives
- Optimize control strategies and process parameters
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Contribute to plant performance and productivity improvement projects
3. Projects & cross-functional collaboration
- Lead or support control systems projects and new installations
- Collaborate with maintenance production and engineering teams
- Manage external suppliers and system integrators when needed
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to system standards
- Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the team

You are:

Hard skills
- Degree in Engineering (Automation Electrical or equivalent)
- Proven experience in industrial control systems and automation
- Strong knowledge of PLCs SCADA and control architectures
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Project management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities
- Fluent English
