Job Summary
Key Requirements
- Prior supervisory or leadership experiencein security or a related field
- Proven ability to coach train and ensure performance standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct scheduling oversee daily operations and support field officers
- Experience with client communication and service quality oversight
- Comfortable preparing shift reports documenting incidents and ensuring compliance with post requirements
- Ability to support special assignments onboarding and training of new officers
Minimum 2 years of security experiencein a residential HOA or communitybased environment
Valid driver certification with a clean driving record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid computer proficiency (report writing incident logging email communication basic systems)
Ability to conduct both foot and vehicle patrols
Strong customer service and conflictresolution skills
Professional appearance and adherence to Securitas standards
Ability to work independently and follow established Post Orders
Experience using basic security technology (patrol devices access control systems report software)
CPR/First Aid Trained
