TheHuman Resources Coordinatorof Faupel Automotive (Kate FaupelChevrolet GMC & Kate Faupel Ford) willassistour executive team in managing employee onboarding/records various projectsand community events and other tasks as needed.
Essential Duties
Employee set up in payroll and benefit portals
Employeeset up in company systems (DMS CRM email server access etc.)
Provide new hire benefit packets and track benefit enrollment timing
Maintain company texting platform and send messages as needed
Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll forallemployees
Maintain/update employee payroll records (wages deductions benefits taxes etc.)
Assistwithannual open enrollment for employee benefits
Assist with 401k employee enrollment/setup
Order nametags business cards employee signage etc. as needed
Assistwith monthly meeting set ups (snacks paperwork etc.)
Update website and digital boards for topsalespersonof the month
Work with website providers to update promotional banners on website(s)
Keep staff page and pictures updated on website(s)
Assistwith sponsorships communication budget IMR reimbursements events
Other tasks as needed
