Job Summary

Manage regional sales operations including stock flow distribution and product freshness
Execute channel strategies and drive sales growth across assigned territories
Analyze channel performance and optimize sales at retail and distribution levels
Implement company policies promotions and enhance market visibility
Oversee full sales cycle (customer management negotiation pricing collection after-sales complaint handling)

Diploma or above in Marketing or related field
Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage
Minimum 5 years in FMCG (Food/Beverage) 1 year Malaysia market experience
Strong experience in MT or TT channel development and expansion
Good communication skills strong execution and team collaboration mindset
