Key Responsibilities

As a Forex Dealer you will play a key role in trading operations risk management and market analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Execute client orders across forex CFDs and commodities with accuracy and efficiency ensuring best execution practices

• Monitor real-time market conditions economic news and global financial trends to identify trading opportunities

• Manage and monitor trading book exposure including net open positions and daily profit & loss (P&L)

• Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect profitability

• Price and quote foreign exchange products and derivatives for clients and counterparties

• Adjust spreads and pricing feeds based on market volatility and liquidity conditions

• Assess operational and market risks taking proactive measures to minimize financial and reputational exposure

• Maintain and manage trading platforms (MT4/MT5) bridges and liquidity connections to ensure system stability

• Collaborate with liquidity providers and internal teams to optimize execution and pricing

• Analyze industry trends trading technologies and algorithmic tools to enhance execution performance

• Generate and maintain reports on trading activity volumes profitability and risk exposure

• Support continuous improvement of trading systems tools and workflows

Requirements

To succeed in this role you should demonstrate:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Forex Dealer Trader or in a similar role within financial markets

• Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets trading strategies and financial instruments (FX CFDs derivatives)

• Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/MT5) and liquidity management systems

• Solid knowledge of risk management practices hedging strategies and exposure monitoring

• Ability to interpret economic indicators market news and financial data

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and decision-making under pressure

• Familiarity with pricing models and trade execution processes

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
