- Leadership is regularly present in Pakistan with active engagement across teams.
- The HR Manager ensures that standards priorities and ways of working are consistently applied across ventures and projects particularly during periods of rapid growth or delivery intensity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts technology agreements NDAs and partnership frameworks.
- Support corporate governance board documentation and entity management.
- Advise on intellectual property data protection and compliance matters.
- Maintain and update contract templates and legal process documentation.
- Liaise with external counsel in Qatar and the UK on cross-border legal issues.
- Research and interpret QFC Qatari and international legal frameworks relevant to digital transformation and trade.
- Support risk assessment dispute resolution and regulatory filings.
- Build institutional legal knowledge and support training for business teams.
- Develop and implement Platform Governance and Legal Terms for a standard transactional basis
Required Qualifications
- LLB (Honours) or equivalent law degree with First Class or high GPA from a top-ranked university.
- 7 years of post-qualification experience trained with a top international law firm or equivalent in-house environment.
- Strong grounding in English law with readiness to learn Qatari and QFC law.
- Excellent drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- High ethical standards discretion and integrity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Qatar and regional jurisdictions.
