Position: Compensation Benefits and Job Analysis Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65$115/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Through mid 2026
Commitment: 15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to compensation benefits and job analysis for a top AI company.
- Ensure competitive hourly compensation based on professional background and location.
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for project duration.
- Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4 years full-time work experience in compensation benefits and job analysis.
- Be based in the US UK or Canada.
