Were looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to handle warm leads build relationships and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Youll be part of an energetic high-performance team in Athens representing a leading brand and engaging with clients across Europe.
What Youll Do:
Handle inbound sales inquiries from B2B clients and convert them into revenue opportunities
Conduct cold calling upselling and cross-selling to maximize value from existing and potential customers
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (inbound & outbound)
Proven experience in cold calling upselling and closing deals
Strong communication & negotiation skills in European Spanish (C2)
Business-level English (for internal communication)
Resilient self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work evening shifts for the Spanish market (5 PM 2 AM)
