Job Title: Partner Acquisition Specialist
Function: Commercial
Reports to: BD Sr. Manager
Role Purpose: The Partner Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying acquiring and onboarding new strategic partners to accelerate Blu EVs network expansion. The role focuses on building partnerships across Strategic ecosystem players.
Description of the accountability:
- Identify potential partners aligned with Blu EVs growth strategy.
- Build and maintain a qualified partner pipeline.
- Conduct market mapping by geography industry segment fleet size financing volume
- Pitch BluEVs value proposition.
- Structure commercial terms and partnership models.
- Negotiate agreements in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Coordinate internal approvals before contract finalization.
- Identify new revenue streams.
- Coordinate partner onboarding process contract signing product training commercial activation
- Ensure smooth go-live with clear KPIs and targets.
- Track partner performance post-acquisition.
- Identify underperformance early and escalate corrective actions.
- Support expansion discussions with high-performing partners.
- Maintain updated partner pipeline reports.
- Provide weekly acquisition status updates.
- Develop competitor partnership dashboard.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
