Job Summary

Manufacturing Production Associate (General Application)

PCC Structurals in Groton CT is always looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in aerospace manufacturing. What Youll Do

Depending on placement responsibilities may include:

Operating or assisting with manufacturing equipment and machinery
Supporting wax mold assembly investment casting foundry grind hand-file sandblast machining or inspection processes
Following detailed work instructions blueprints or specifications
Conducting basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What Were Looking For

Interest in manufacturing production or hands-on work
Previous experience in manufacturing construction mechanical work or similar fields is a plus (but not required for all roles)
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized processes
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds

Schedule Options

We offer 3 full-time shift options to fit different schedules including:

1st Shift: Front-End Roles: 6:00am 2:30pm Back-End Roles: 7:00am -3:30pm
2nd Shift: Front- End Roles: 2:30pm 11:00pm Back-End Roles: 3:30pm 12:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:30pm 7:00am
