In this role you will be a General Manager for a client that is in the Mechanical Contracting this role you will be responsible for service and general manager tasks for commercial/industrial building mechanical equipment.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

The pay on this role is $115000 to $135000.

Job Requirements:

Must have a background with Mechanical Equipment for buildings (HVAC piping air handlers boilers burners controls chillers ect)
5 years of experience in industrial/commercial service
Knowledge of boilers burners mechanical room design purpose and layout
Microsoft Office
Ability to create proposals manage estimates service existing customers strong technical background
