Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a hospital-based outpatient assignment in Little River SC.
This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and general physical therapy needs with an emphasis on geriatric populations. Requirements
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Experience evaluating and treating general outpatient orthopedic patients
- Experience working with geriatric populations preferred

- Strong documentation skills following APTA standards
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
Assignment Details
- Start Date: 05/03/2026
- End Date: 08/01/2026
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule Options:
- MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
OR - Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient Therapy
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Patient Population
Therapist will primarily treat:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation patients
- General physical therapy cases
- Geriatric patients
- Functional mobility and strengthening cases
Clinical Environment
This role includes:
- Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Geriatric-focused therapy care
- Individualized patient treatment planning
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary therapy staff
- Supervision and coordination with PTAs
- Participation in team meetings and continuing education
