Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Providence. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage the final stages of our production cycle ensuring that every outgoing package is handled with precision. Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all outgoing shipments using UPS Worldship and other carrier platforms.
- Preparing accurate shipping labels and documentation for daily pickup.
- Coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Performing quality checks on packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Maintaining an organized shipping station and monitoring supply inventory.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Requirement: Must have proven hands-on experience with UPS Worldship.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to catch errors in shipping addresses or order quantities.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet daily shipping targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience education certifications and specific job-related skills. $19-$21/hr
