As a Retail Operations Specialist in our Central Operations team youll play a vital role in delivering care confidence and connection across communities in the UK and Ireland.
In this role you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. You will report to insert managers name and may have direct reports. Your contributions will help shape the future of retail operations at Boots.
Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies.
Analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Support the development and training of team members.
Foster a culture of inclusion and respect within the team.
Proven experience in retail operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience in team leadership or management.
Familiarity with retail technology and systems.
A passion for customer service and community engagement.
