Product Owner

Job Overview:

CureMD is looking for an experienced Manager Product Owner to lead product discovery solution design and delivery for complex product this role you will manage and mentor a team of Product Owners/Business Analysts while collaborating closely with Product Leadership Architecture UX and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

You will drive initiatives from problem discovery through delivery readiness ensuring solutions are technically sound user-centric and aligned with product strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Lead discovery initiatives to define product problems scope and success metrics.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align initiatives with product strategy.
• Conduct market and competitive research to guide solution decisions.

Solution Design & Product Definition

• Oversee solution design workflows and feature concepts.
• Ensure solutions are scalable user-centric and aligned with technical architecture.
• Guide teams in developing prototypes and validating product concepts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely withArchitecture UX Engineering and QA teamsto ensure requirements are clear and feasible.
• Support backlog refinement requirement clarification and solution validation during development.
• Ensure smooth handoff of product specifications to engineering teams.

Delivery & Rollout

• Oversee functional documentation and product readiness for development.
• Support release planning rollout strategies and product adoption initiatives.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet usability performance and integration expectations.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners/Business Analysts.
• Establish best practices for product discovery documentation and solution design.
• Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Engineering Data Science Mathematics or a related field.
• 610 years of experiencein Product Ownership Business Analysis or Solution Design roles.
• Priorexperience leading or mentoring Product Owners/Business Analysts.
• Strong understanding ofweb-based systems APIs integrations and data formats (REST JSON XML).
• Experience withprototyping tools such as Adobe XD Figma or Balsamiq.
• Proven ability towork cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working inAgile or hybrid product development environments.
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus.
