• Practice Location: Fayetteville Arkansas (Northwest Arkansas)

• Schedule: Full-time 5 days per week (Monday-Friday 8a-5p)

What are the qualifications

• Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program

• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program

• Clinical scope to include extractions dental sedation bone grafting dental implants and facial trauma treatment

• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain

• Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain

• Open to candidates requiring licensing and relocation
