1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop detailed project estimates work plans and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
   • Deliver projects on time within budget and in alignment with client goals.
   • Manage day-to-day execution of project tasks.
   • Schedule and communicate tasks deadlines and milestones to all stakeholders and team members.
   • Continually manage project expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
   • Conduct business user workshops design reviews and executive presentations.
   • Lead senior stakeholder/sponsor meetings and maintain executive presence throughout the project.
3. Risk Management:
   • Identify document mitigate escalate and resolve project risks issues and decisions.
   • Utilize project change management practices to manage scope and client expectations.
4. Reporting and Communication:
   • Develop comprehensive weekly status reports and deliver them to project leadership.
   • Maintain clear and concise communication with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Technology Expertise:
   • Utilize your experience in the industry with a specific focus on Azure and Application projects to drive digital innovation.
   • Experience and deeper understanding of innovation and analytics processes such as data modernization analytics lifecycle management and intelligent automation workflows is a plus.
6. Project Team Management:
   • Manage and lead projects using either waterfall or agile approaches with teams ranging from 3 to 20 members.
   • Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
   • Work on multiple client projects at a time

• 8 years of relevant professional experience managing technology projects with a strong consulting and technical background.
• 10 years of overall technology experience with exposure to Azure projects.
• Excellent consulting skills including critical thinking analysis communication facilitation and presentation.
• Experience with core enterprise systems such as Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Factory Power BI Databricks Synapse experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and lead projects using either waterfall or agile approaches.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to removing barriers to progress.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client locations as required.

• Bachelors degree in business MIS CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Commitment to company values and the ability to demonstrate them internally with clients and technology partners.
• Enthusiasm for exploring and implementing transformation-enabling technologies such as machine learning IoT cloud etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain diplomacy while commanding authority.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deliverable quality.
• Ambitious energetic and committed to continuous learning and growth.
