The work schedule for this position is M-F 6:30am 3:30pm AZ MT.
Job Summary:
The Field Systems Integration Engineer plays a critical handson role deploying testing and supporting software systems in both lab and realworld field environments. This position bridges Software Development and end users by validating performance on actual hardware at customer sites and during live test events. Initial responsibilities focus on systemlevel software integration field testing and onsite troubleshooting. As product knowledge deepens the role expands into direct customer engagement installations and technical support. Successful candidates are comfortable working outside a traditional office setting thrive in dynamic field environments and are motivated by delivering reliable software solutions where they are used.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Test and validate software in both lab and field deployments to ensure it meets user and mission requirements
Design execute and maintain test plans; document and report defects from realworld operating environments
Collaborate closely with developers to diagnose issues observed during installations demonstrations and field testing and improve product quality
Set up configure and integrate hardware/software systems for internal testing and onsite testing customer installations and demos
Provide technical support to customers and partners both remotely and onsite
Troubleshoot software system network and deployment issues at customer locations and test events
Travel regularly for installations demonstrations and operational test events
Develop deep product knowledge and act as a customerfacing technical resource in field environments
Work independently in the field while contributing effectively to a collaborative engineering team
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical/Computer Engineering and handson field experience
5 years of experience in software integration testing deployment or system-level validation
Strong understanding of computer systems and networking fundamentals
Experience working in software development and test environments
Experience supporting or deploying systems at customer sites or operational environments
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and customerfacing communication skills
Able and willing to travel up to 30% for field deployments and installations (primarily domestic some international)
Able and willing to work M-F 6:30AM 3:30PM
Experience with control systems (SCADA surveillance access control) preferred
Familiarity with security or sensing hardware (cameras radars analytics platforms) preferred
