Overview

You will join and immediately contribute on the team that supports one of Quorums market leading enterprise applications. This role will be based in Quorums office in Dallas Fort Worth or Houston.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of tools and technologies to perform some aspects or phases of the full lifecycle of software development:
  • Work directly with subject matter experts to identify and document requirements for any change
  • Create detailed designs of new functionality or incremental enhancements
  • Code new functionality and incremental enhancements using a variety of tools/languages
  • Define create and execute manual or automated test cases
  • Performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot cause of problems or source of defects and recommend changes to address
  • Create automated installation & deployment packages
  • Document system behavior and system architecture
  • Participate in Agile project planning management and improvement
• Collaborate with others on the team to improve overall product quality and development & support efficiency
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher-level education equivalent
• An interest in full cycle application development including design development implementation and support
• Knowledge of and experience with basic object-oriented programming concepts through coursework job experience or hobbies
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and success working in team environments
• Exposure to one or more of the following technologies is preferred:
  • C#
  • JavaScript
  • SQL

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile Azure DevOps DevOps practices Test-Driven Development
• SaaS software experience
