Purpose & Mission: | - Manage original parts and service contract to promote the brand of DeLaval Service.
|
Responsibility: | - Committed to enhancing the ISAI contract signing rate and managing the contract signing process
- Innovative and continuous promotion of DeLavals ISAI to the dairy industry
- Optimize forecast and supply of original parts customer pricing positioning and while supporting sales and service teams with training related material and physical help when necessary.
|
Key deliverables (maximum 5): | - Explore new sales plans for original parts and service
- Internal and external training.
- Deliver the marketing material for service team including technical and competence training service tools management
- Organize campaigns and activities to promote original part sales and DeLaval In service brand.
- OP monthly forecast review
- Training center management (build the internal & external training process)

Competency & qualification requirements: | - Mechanical Engineering Education background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a closely related service & product area
- Good English skill
- Good understanding of strategic planning and business and market analyses
|
Personality traits: | - Good communication skills and the ability to share knowledge to a reasonable extent such as through training or small seminar-style activities
- showing selfinitiative
- Able to work carefully with a focus on details
