Join a high-growth scale-up as a vital partner to the executive this 12-month maternity cover you will manage complex diaries for the CEO and CTO oversee office operations in Spitalfields and support People team initiatives. What you will do:

• Provide high-level executive support by managing complex calendars drafting communications and coordinating international travel for the CEO and CTO.

• Lead office management operations including vendor relationships health and safety compliance and internal event planning like hackathons and parties.

• Support the People function by coordinating recruitment scheduling managing onboarding/offboarding workflows and maintaining the company intranet.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses at least 3 years of experience as a PA or Office Administrator ideally within a fast-paced startup or SME environment.

• Demonstrates mastery of Google Workspace and the ability to handle sensitive executive information with absolute discretion.

• Exhibits a proactive owner mindset capable of managing multiple stakeholders and anticipating needs before they arise.
