Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.NET developer who can work with the larger team in the application maintenance and application development space for a reputed North American Life Insurance client.
Work in a 100 strong technical team currently supports the client across a multitude of technologies like Mainframe Sitecore SharePoint Informatica etc.
Responsibilities

. Develop and maintain web applications technologies.
. Design and implement front-end interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. Angular React or ).
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
. Write clean scalable and efficient code.
. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
. Work independently under limited supervision
. Possess strong understanding and experience in SDLC phases.
. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Take responsibility of the tasks assigned and deliver within timelines.
. Have urge to learn to upskill and reskill based on the project needs.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills written and verbal.
. Understand the concepts of Agile methodology.
. Provide design specifications.
. Provide task estimates.
. Possess positive attitude to work and be a good team player.
. Take 24/7 on-call support for a week once every 6 weeks (approx.)
. Learn and support COTS products supported by the team
. Perform analysis design development activities always in compliance with the defined process and practices
. Try understand the big picture always when assigned a task rather than limit to what is assigned
. Automation and optimization should always be the core focus
. Work towards providing continuous improvements in our service offering to the client.
. Identify gaps and suggest relevant optimization solutions for application stability and improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 3-8 years of experience in full stack development with a focus technologies.
. Strong experience with C# .NET Core API/web services and with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. Angular React or ) - Primary
. Experience with database technologies like SQL Server.
. Experience with Azure App Services and Azure Function App - Secondary
. Experience with Azure DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The following will be added advantage:

. Understanding of Life Insurance domain
