Oxford Learning Forest Hill is currently seeking aversatile and committed tutorto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with students across age groups and is passionate about building bothacademic skills and confidence.

Were looking for a tutor who is comfortable supportinghigh school math (primary focus) some physics and academic writing while also being able to work withyounger students on foundational reading writing and math skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teachhigh school math(primary focus) with some support inphysics

• Support students withwriting and literacy development

• Work withelementary studentson reading writing and math skills

• Prepare students forstandardized tests (e.g. SAT)as needed

• Deliver engaging individualized instruction based on each students needs

• Track student progress and provide feedback to the Education Coordinator

• Foster a positive motivating and structured learning environment

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency inhigh school math(required); physics is an asset

• Comfortable supportingstudents across multiple grade levels and subjects

• Experience teaching or tutoringhigh school students

• Ability to also work withyounger learners (elementary level)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• SAT preparation experience is an asset

• Must be able to commit forat least one year(this is not a summer-only role)

Availability Requirements

• Mandatory:Monday Tuesday Wednesday (afternoon/evening hours)

• Preferred:Thursday evenings and/or Saturday mornings
