Performance Marketing Internship
At Diesel (Milan) we are looking for a Performance Marketing Internship with a strong analytical mindset to support the team in leading Paid campaigns at a global scale. He/She will be part of the E-commerce Department reporting directly to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.
Responsibilities:
Support in designing implementing and optimizing Paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta and Microsoft Advertising;
Monitor KPIs creating in-depth reports;
Collaborate with SEO CRM Media Analytics and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies;
Support in running A/B tests and continuously improve targeting creatives and performance.
Requirements:
Degree in Digital Marketing or similar; background in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued;
Previous experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns is considered a plus;
Strong knowledge of Office Package; knowledge of Google Ads and other Digital platforms will be considered a plus;
Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;
Fluent English; native or advanced Italian. The knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus.
