As Senior National Account Manager Superdrug you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and strengthening Cotys partnership with one of the UKs most strategic highstreet retailers across our Fragrance Brands Hugo Boss Calvin Klein Marc Jacobs Chloe & Mass Fragrance.
You will lead the commercial agenda for the Superdrug account owning joint business planning negotiation and execution while shaping longterm growth across Cotys portfolio of iconic brands.
THE ROLE

As our Senior National Account Manager Superdrug you are responsible for delivering profitable market share growth and achieving aligned commercial and financial objectives. Acting as the lead interface between Coty and Superdrug you will balance strategic priorities trading performance and executional excellence within a complex crossfunctional environment.
You will manage:
Drive account strategy & growth
Plan develop agree implement and review annual Joint Business Plans with Superdrug
Define and deliver clear account strategies aligned to Cotys brand and category ambitions
Lead commercial negotiations focused on mutual growth value creation and longterm partnership
Deliver agreed sales profit and share targets across the account
Lead collaboration & execution
Build highimpact JBPs through strong crossfunctional collaboration with Brand Supply Chain Commercial Excellence and Finance teams
Act as a mini general manager for the Superdrug account owning performance endtoend
Ensure strong execution of agreed plans across range promotions launches and instore activity
Develop people & capability
Coach and develop account team members through clear performance and development plans
Support both commercial delivery and individual growth objectives
Foster a highperformance collaborative sales culture
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Senior National Account Manager you are commercially sharp relationshipdriven and energised by building strong retail partnerships. You thrive in fastpaced environments and take ownership with confidence and accountability.
Proven national account management experience within UK grocery highstreet or health & beauty retail
Strong negotiation capability with a track record of delivering sustainable growth
Excellent commercial and analytical skills able to translate data into action
Strong sense of accountability with the ability to work autonomously and crossfunctionally
Experience managing complex stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
