Job Summary

THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

Were looking for a Senior Art Director to elevate and drive the creative quality across all production content at Z-Studio Content Solutions.
This role requires a strong creative vision paired with an understanding of how AI-driven tools and creative technologies can enhance ideation scalability and production workflows. Together with the Senior Creative youll drive the creative vision across our formats PDP (Product Detail Page) ePDP h-PDP and production landscape.

Youll partner closely with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to set the creative bar mentor junior and mid-creatives while taking ownership of higher-level concept-driven briefs with a more strategic agency-style approach.

Drive Quality: Elevate and drive the creative quality across all production content at Z-Studio Content Solutions. Ensure creative excellence and consistency from pre-production to final asset delivery while overseeing all production aspects including budgets timelines and coordination with cross functional teams. Champion forward-thinking scalable creative approaches fostering advanced AI integration across PDP EPDP H-PDP.
Content Innovation: Drive the development of new content formats whilst pioneering AI-driven approaches to improve customer engagement and conversion. Move beyond static content into dynamic data and visually impacting driven formats that INSPIRE AND CONVERT.
Visual Storytelling: Develop refine and present strategic creative concepts visual frameworks seasonal narratives and innovations that strengthen brand perception and customer engagement. Contribute to the evolution of Zalando visual identity while pushing innovation storytelling and staying ahead of creative cultural and fashion trends.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration: Act as a senior creative voice across projects effectively presenting new initiatives concepts and creative directions to positively influence internal & partner relationships; lead and participate in brainstorming sessions informed by customer insights data and usability findings.
Partner closely with the Senior Creative Lead Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to set the creative bar mentor junior and mid-creatives whilst taking ownership of higher-level concept-driven briefs with a more strategic agency-style approach.
Brand Alignment & Awareness: Ensure all visual output adheres to Zalandos brand and visual guidelines at the highest level. Maintain deep awareness of trends across social media fashion culture and ecommerce to drive relevance originality and creative leadership.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

Bring 6 years of experience as a Senior Art Director or comparable creative role within a fashion or lifestyle brand or a fashion-focused creative agency backed by a strong understanding of Ecommerce and multibrand production.
Demonstrate a proven track record leading and delivering high-quality work from ideation to final delivery.
Combine a strategic mindset and hands-on executional excellence managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Leverage AI tools and creative technologies including generative design image development and content automation to enhance creative ideation storytelling and production workflows.
Communicate and lead with clarity and confidence offering excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale influence stakeholders at all levels and foster cross-functional alignment through a team-oriented positive and collaborative approach.
Bring strong trend awareness and passion for the intersection of fashion design and culture supported by expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and deep familiarity with production workflows digital platforms and content creation processes.
Fluent in English with an understanding of cultural nuance and creative collaboration across diverse teams.
