Dynamics of the Role
This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL and Transunion Software Services Pvt Ltd. With investments in our people technology and new business markets we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
What Youll Bring:
Role & Responsibilities
Drafting/reviewing and negotiating various contracts / documents with counterparties and ensuring their expeditious execution;
Work closely with the seniors to oversee and coordinate the formulation and finalization of contracts and ensure the company is following applicable regulations
Structure and negotiating agreements with vendors partners and third party related to emerging technologies
Liaison with both business and clients for contracts and ensure compliance
Tracking execution of final agreements and ensuring proper filing of all the executed agreements / amendments.
Keeping track of executed documents/agreements and ensuring their timely renewals.
Identify plan and mitigate the risk areas and provide firm constructive advice in resolving complex work situations
Responding to and addressing any concerns that employees customers or vendors may have w.r.t any documentation / process
Drafting legal correspondence collating information and responding to legal issues related to government bodies vendors customers and employees
Undertaking Legal Research with respect to key projects that may be undertaken by the Company
Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate senior and/or HOD
Responding to legal notices and handling MIS functions for Advisory
Manage good relations with external parties such as regulators and external counsels
Impact Youll Make:
Experience and Skills
Graduate in law from a reputed Institute. LLM will be an added advantage.
6-9 years post qualification experience with a reputed medium / large company/bank or in a law firm;
Exposure to legal documentation
Flexibility to travel as needed
Executive presence and assertiveness.
Self-starter ability to work independently handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
Strong communication organizational verbal & written degree of responsibility and ownership strong multitasking coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
