Join LEGO Manufacturing as a Global QEHS Trainer Packing. This critical role involves developing delivering and standardizing QEHS training across packing operations. Youll combine hands-on technical execution with global training responsibilities ensuring consistent application of standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute QEHS technician activities including inspections audits and quality verification.
  • Serve as the on-shift technical authority for Packing operations.
  • Develop and improve QEHS training materials and job aids.
  • Deliver structured training using TWI Job Instruction methodology.
  • Lead onboarding and upskilling activities for Packing QEHS processes.
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for global QEHS standards.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align training approaches and share best practices.
  • Ensure all training meets safety quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate risks trends and improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate QEHS documentation in approved systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Packing manufacturing quality or QEHS-related roles.
  • Proven experience with quality processes such as inspections and audits.
  • Experience in training coaching or mentoring others is strongly preferred.
  • Technical writing experience and good writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to train others effectively.
  • Must be willing to travel (passport required).
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM with flexibility to work day or night shifts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
