Job Summary
This position specializes in day-to-day implementation of the corrective action program and work planning software on behalf of the Security Organization. This includes the monitoring of correction actions to ensure none go overdue categorizing corrective actions and scheduled work as required by procedure and attending site and industry meetings as the Security subject matter expert on these topics.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Performs the analysis of CAP data and evaluation of performance of systems equipment work activities and programs withinIdeagen.
- Performs analysis and evaluation of scheduled work and uses expertise to identify security as a resource to support plant evolutions.
- Assist in the evaluation of industry proposals for Regulations and guidelines to determine impact to security activities programs and processes.
- Prepare materials and conduct training on use ofSyntempoandIdeagenspecific to the Security Organizations use.
- Determine and recommend courses of corrective action to address existing and emerging situations withinIdeagen.
- May serve as a technical subject matter expertise within defined area of expertise.
- Assist in thecoordinationof manpower and work activities as needed.
- Support the drill and exercise program as scheduled
- Generate Work Orders through Ideagen
- Perform Observations with the Security Observation Program
- Acquire qualification as ERO Security Coordinator
Education Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in technical discipline or 10 years equivalent related work nuclear experience in area of technical expertise
- 2 years supervisor experience or resident expert in field
- Knowledge of plant equipment systems and processes
- Technical expertise within assigned discipline
- Understanding of regulations codes standards policies and procedures pertinent to nuclear security plant scheduling and the corrective action program
