Job Summary
Systems Analyst
Location: Providence RI (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview: Virtual and in-person
Note:
Must be local within 1 hour distance

Must have:
- Strong preference for candidates with State/Government or DHS program experience
- Experience with social service programs (SNAP Medicaid TANF etc.) highly preferred
- Must be comfortable working with live production data validation and incident handling
- Any exposure to UHIP / RIBridges systems is a big plus
- Tableau or reporting tools experience is a plus
Required:
- 5 7 years of experience in System Analysis UAT Data Validation
- Strong SQL (data validation reporting query building)
- Experience with test case design execution and UAT coordination
- Ability to convert business/policy requirements into technical/test scenarios
- Experience working with large datasets / backend systems
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES / UHIP / RIBridges)
- Knowledge of UML / RUP use cases process flows gap analysis
- Experience with social services domain (SNAP TANF Medicaid etc.)
- Tableau or any data visualization/reporting tools
- Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
