Job Summary
Job Title: Application Analyst
Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite Mon Thu Locals Only)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
W2 Contract
Interview: Video
Visa: Must be able to convert without sponsorship
Key Requirements:
-
2 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications

Experience with retail applications and vendor integrations
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-
Basic to moderate SQL skills

Strong Excel skills
-
Experience with Jira Confluence Visio/Lucidchart
-
Understanding of SDLC and application implementation methodologies
Preferred Skills:
-
SAP or large ERP environments (Oracle/Microsoft)

Retail pricing & promotions experience

Blue Yonder Category Management / Enterprise Planning
-
Databricks Snowflake or MicroStrategy exposure
-
APIs and integration tools like Tibco Informatica or MuleSoft
-
SAP ABAP or coding experience
Responsibilities:

Support application incidents outages and upgrades

Analyze system integrations and vendor impacts

Coordinate configuration and implementation activities

Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve issues
