Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Intern to join our FP&A team with a focus on revenue analysis. This role will support key initiatives aimed at bridging gaps between bookings and realized revenue helping to improve visibility accuracy and business decision-making.
This internship offers hands-on experience working with financial data identifying trends and contributing to meaningful projects that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support revenue-focused projects within FP&A including analyzing the flow from bookings to realized revenue
- Pull and compile data from various systems to generate recurring and ad hoc reports
- Analyze trends in revenue performance and identify key insights or discrepancies
- Assist in building presentations (PowerPoint) to summarize findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with team members to deep dive into a specific project delivering clear conclusions and actionable improvements
- Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting Marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear insights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to financial modeling or data analysis tools
- Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts or FP&A processes
