NetApp is a leading provider of data storage and data management solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in India supporting NetApp Global Accounts headquartered in Germany. This role partners closely with sales and customers to design position and develop innovative NetApp solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical selling solutions engineering or enterpriseIT roles
Strong knowledge of storage and data management principles and overall IT architectures
Hands-on experience withhyperscaler platforms (Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud)
Solid understanding ofenterprise and cloud computing virtualization storage backup and high-availability solutionsInterest in emerging technologies such as public and hybrid cloud cybersecurity AI DevOps and container technologies
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to administrators team leads and business decision-makers
Strong analytical creative problem-solving and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetWillingness to travelBachelors degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and requirements for NetApp solutions and services
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solution designs
Present and demonstrate NetApp technologies to stakeholders across technical and business levels
Engage with diverse stakeholders understanding their motivations and business drivers
Support the sales team during technical discussions and customer engagements
Take ownership of the technical development and overall design of proposed solutions
