Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our Communication Team. As a Communication Production Specialist Intern you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of the Brands visual identity. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at how fashion shows advertising campaigns and digital content are brought to life ensuring everything stays on brand on time and on budget.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Brand Communication Management and learn the complexities of high-level fashion production.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Show & Event Support

  • Assist in the production of show-related assets including physical invitations and digital teaser content.

  • Provide on-site operational support during events collaborating with Creative and Production teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Help coordinate visual and graphic elements to ensure they align with the seasons global strategy.

Shooting & Post-Production Coordination

  • Support the team in developing creative briefs for ADV campaigns and editorial shoots.

  • Assist in the logistical coordination of photo and video shoots (locations catering call sheets).

  • Oversee the post-production workflow helping to track retouching progress and ensuring final assets meet quality standards.

Image Consistency & Cross-Functional Work

  • Act as a bridge between internal departments (Style Office Visual Merchandising) to ensure a unified Brand image across all platforms.

  • Monitor all visual communication materials to maintain strict aesthetic consistency.

Production Management & Budgeting

  • Support budget planning by tracking production costs and organizing invoices.

  • Help manage relationships with external suppliers agencies and production partners.

  • Maintain project timelines and ensure the efficient delivery of all final assets.


Qualifications :

  • Recent degree in Fashion Management Communication or a related creative field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
