Your opportunity
As a Senior Analyst you will support financial analysis across our Operating and Leasing capital delivery program. You will provide highquality actionable insights simplify complex information and share your technical expertise to support effective decisions. Your work will help deliver successful projects drive organisational growth and contribute to creating destinations where people want to shop live work and play.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Partner closely with the Head of Operating Capital and D&C delivery teams to drive accountability financial discipline and improved project outcomes;
- Ensure strong financial governance through adherence to controls policies and audit requirements across all projects;
- Deliver concise and insightful management reporting translating financial performance into meaningful commercial outcomes;
- Accurately forecast budget & report on Project Income Capital expenditure overheads and other performance metrics within the portfolio with a high degree of accuracy and ability to articulate key drivers of performance and variance analysis;
- Manage working capital ensure on time and accurate billing of projects and management of cash collection;
- Compliance requirements such as Audits Tax reporting FBT & year-end;
This role is permanent full-time position.
What setsyouapart
We are seeking someone with:
- Construction or property experience (preferred)
- 5 years experience in similar roles
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- A relevant bachelors degree
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience with JDE Edwards CMS
- Experience with TM1
