The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO the State Manager will oversee the effective delivery of Apprentice Connect Provider contracts in Tasmania and Mas Operations in Victoria. You will lead and inspire regional teams ensure contractual compliance and strengthen partnerships with government employers and training providers.
In addition this role will work closely with the Workforce Australia team in Victoria as well as collaborate with the Local Jobs Program in both Victoria and Tasmania to support aligned employment skills and workforce initiatives across the states.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that balances high-level business development stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
