Seeking Regional Chief Medical Officer
Qualifications:
Montana State License to practice medicinerequired.
Current Montana license and certification by theappropriate specialtyboardrequired.
Clinical practice experience in Rural Communitypreferred.
Leadershipexperiencerequired.
Promotes excellence through settinghigh standardsand providing high quality outcomes.
Ability to act with integrity kindness and exhibit empathy.
Excellentorganizational skills detail-orienteda self-starterpossesscritical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
Commitment to working in a team environment andmaintainingconfidentiality as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
Possess andmaintaincomputer skills to include working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suiteand ability to learn other software as needed.

This position isa member of theRegionalSeniorExecutiveteamandprovidesstrategicguidance on issuesimpactingpatient caredeliveryalong with participationin all organization initiatives with regional impact.

Maintainsregular and consistent attendance as scheduled by departmentleadership.
Provides clinicalsupportneededto support operations of regional hospitals.
Setsand implementsan inclusive culture of excellence in health care delivery acrosstheservice area andparticipatesin strategic initiatives.
Developsimplementsandassistsin the advancement of theLogan Healthmission vision and values. Establishesa vision of excellence withcustomerservice orientation anddemonstratedquality outcomes throughouttheregional service area.
Serves as a communitystateand regional resource for innovations in healthcare delivery systems.
Serves as a resource for other strategic initiatives involving emerging relationships with health care providers.
Works in collaborationwith the non-physician/business Directors/Managers and Quality and Patient Safety to develop and implement qualitypatientsafety serviceexcellenceand operational goals.
Activelyparticipatesin the development of physician contracts and compensation packages.
Participates in the recruitmentdevelopmentand retention of a talented clinical team committed toaccomplishinggoalsandobjectives.
Works to build a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship betweensystemadministrationandthemedical staff.
Serves as a catalyst for improving clinical outcomes and processes.
Works closely with hospital leadership as well as regional leadershipand is responsive to concerns/needs of medical staff members.
Serves as a champion for clinical quality.
Develops and implements innovative clinicalprogramsand strategies.
Provides clinical oversightexpertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable quality health services.
Participates in Regional Medical ExecutiveCommittee as well as Medical Staff meetings.
