Seeking Regional Chief Medical Officer
Qualifications:
Montana State License to practice medicinerequired.
Current Montana license and certification by theappropriate specialtyboardrequired.
Clinical practice experience in Rural Communitypreferred.
Leadershipexperiencerequired.
Promotes excellence through settinghigh standardsand providing high quality outcomes.
Ability to act with integrity kindness and exhibit empathy.
Excellentorganizational skills detail-orienteda self-starterpossesscritical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

Serves as a catalyst for improving clinical outcomes and processes.
Works closely with hospital leadership as well as regional leadershipand is responsive to concerns/needs of medical staff members.
Serves as a champion for clinical quality.
Develops and implements innovative clinicalprogramsand strategies.
Provides clinical oversightexpertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable quality health services.
Participates in Regional Medical ExecutiveCommittee as well as Medical Staff meetings.
