The Role
The school is seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager (SBM) to lead on the operational and financial management of the school.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning budgeting and resource allocation
Oversee HR premises and administrative functions
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Manage procurement and contracts
Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and governors
Monitor financial performance and reporting
Line manage support staff teams
Requirements
Significant experience in financial or operational management
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of school systems and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
