Were looking for a GTM Engineer to join our dynamic RevOps & Enablement team and sit at the intersection of Marketing Sales and Partner.
From identifying the right accounts at the right time using data signals and cutting-edge automation to orchestrating the sequences and cadences as these leads flow through our systems. Youll build own and optimize our innovative prospecting engine.
What Youll Do
Signal-Based Tracking: Use tools like GetCargo and Lemlist to identify high-intent accounts based on web signals hiring trends or technographics.
Lead Routing: Build the pipes that move accounts into either automated cadences or routing them to our dedicated sales team when the time is right.
Orchestrate Outbound: Design and automate end-to-end outbound sequences and cadences that feel personal but scale infinitely.
CRM Mastery: Maintain and optimize Salesforce as the Source of Truth ensuring that lead and account data flow seamlessly.
AI Innovation: Experiment with AI to improve the customer experience support revenue teams and level up every step of the funnel.
End-to-End Motion Ownership: Operate as the connective tissue between marketing sales and partnerships owning the full allbound loop.
Skills and Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years experience in a GTM team working on automations and as an expert in your tech stack maybe as an SDR growth marketer or from a RevOps background. Either way youre great with tech and data and you love to innovate.
Top of Funnel: Proven understanding of the modern B2B revenue journey; you are familiar with topics like lead scoring routing MQLs etc.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce outbound/automation tools (e.g. Lemlist Outreach or Salesloft) and how these tools fit together. You understand how APIs work and have an interest in low-code/no-code automation (e.g. Zapier Make Clay or GetCargo).
AI Interest: Youre already using AI to speed up your workflow and are eager to implement it into a GTM strategy. Youre interested to explore the latest solutions and experiment with tools like Lovable Claude etc.
Analytical mindset: Strong ability to interpret data identify trends and understand whats working.
Collaborative Skills: strong communication skills to ensure alignment and support initiatives between marketing sales and partners teams.
