Job Summary

Qualifications:

Licensed lawyer in the Philippines with 45 years of relevant experience (law firm and/or in-house)
Background in compliance regulatory matters and corporate governance
Experience in policy development risk management and internal investigations
Knowledge of data privacy laws is an advantage
Strong drafting advisory and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce compliance with franchise and contractual obligations
Identify and address non-compliance and related risks
Develop and implement compliance policies and frameworks
Review reports and ensure timely corrective actions
Handle enforcement actions and draft legal documentation
Support data privacy compliance and risk management
Lead investigations and assist in dispute resolution
Supervise compliance personnel and ensure proper documentation
Provide legal advice and support compliance initiatives
