You will be trusted with significant responsibility supported by experienced professionals and encouraged to continue grow into a senior leadership role within our Environmental Services business office is located in Ottawa with projects primarily based in Canadas North. We currently operate across all three Territories with active job sites in Yellowknife Hay River (NWT) and Resolute Bay (NU). Our reputation has been built on delivering results in challenging remote environmentsexperience that translates seamlessly into high-value projects in any this role you will lead complex projects from planning through execution and take pride in delivering exceptional results. You will work alongside and lead a driven collaborative team that is committed to exceeding client expectations and setting the standard for project a DifferenceLead the development and review of proposals including project approach cost estimates schedules and risk management plan for new and or deepen our links to Northern-based Indigenous and Non-Indigenous contractors to collaborate on projects and new and continue to build trusting respectful relationships with 360s existing clients employees and contract initiate geotechnical investigation and design projects by establishing effective team structures roles and managing project delivery to achieve performance technical leadership and oversight on geotechnical and materials testing projects including engaging subject matter experts as required to ensure high-quality outcomes. Conduct quality assurance reviews on project deliverables and when necessary support the execution of operational aspects within complex and prepare regular reports related to quality financial schedule and safety performance for the portfolio of geotechnical projects under your project reviews during project execution and at project close-out ensuring lessons learned are documented and integrated into future a culture of excellence ensuring adherence to the highest standards of health safety and quality across all areas of identify and mitigate risks while fostering continuous improvement and compliance withregulatory and external client your Education & ExpertiseUndergraduate degree in geotechnical engineering or related earth sciences program and professional designations in at least one Canadian province or of 10 years of experience in the geotechnical and materials testing of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the consulting sector.A strong team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and sharing experience or strong interest in doing Northern a good sense of humour and strong admiration of our Mullet Culture is always an in our Values Our shared values and culture play a crucial role in shaping the identity and success of our team.
