Yourtransferable skills and experience:
Service architecture/management with responsibility for endtoend service design into live service on mediumhigh complexity engagements (public sector experience advantageous).
Proven leadership of service operating model design service catalogue SLA/XLA definition and transition to live including ELS and service acceptance.
Demonstrable experience governing RAID for services and feeding run cost elements into solution models.
Strong service management best practice application across practices integrating Agile/DevOps ways of working.
You must be willing and eligible to undergo security clearance for this position.
