Position Role: Military Housing Liaison Officer (MHLO) within the JMC AOR.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide policy guidance on all housing matters IAW JSP 315/464/752. Military Focal point for all housing/living across the DA JMC Scotland and responsible for solving issues IAW current policy. for the HQ organise TRIM courses for JMC AOR. Deputise for SO2 CAS/CNO and provide support to CAS/CNO casework when required. 3. Deliver an accurate assessment of housing/living issues and communicate changes in policy at all levels. 4. Monitor & assist with the SFA/SSFA process as required and provide support to the SSSA process as appropriate. 5. Monitor & assess DIO performance against the SLA. Plan and provide support to DIO Ops Accn as appropriate. 6. Staffing of Service Families Accom issues casework and interface with DIO / Pinnacle and AMEY. Advise families on procedures entitlement current housing issues & initiatives. Tour & Inspect estate where necessary. 7. Developmental work and the sharing of good practice on individual housing/living projects for the benefit of the SP. 8. BPT support the CofC with any additional projects/responsibilties as directed. |
