Job Summary
Role Overview
The Provider Network Team manages service providers such as diagnostic
centers laboratories clinics and hospitals.
The team ensures that customers receive quality services while maintaining
healthy margins for the company.
Manager Provider Network will be responsible for managing and
expanding the provider network across the South Zone.
This role involves coordinating with service providers and internal teams
maintaining service quality negotiating pricing and ensuring smooth
operations of the network.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire provider network across the South Zone.
Identify new service providers based on business requirements.
Empanel diagnostic centres labs clinics and hospitals into the provider
network.
Negotiate commercial terms with providers to maintain company margins.
Maintain strong relationships with service providers through regular
meetings and follow-ups.
Monitor service quality through regular audits and mystery checks.
Track provider performance and utilization.
Resolve service issues and improve service delivery.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly provider network reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Manage and guide the provider network team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate from a reputed institute in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Core Competency
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good coordination and team management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a flat organization structure.
Good communication skills in English Kannada Tamil and Hindi.
