About the role
The Corporate Services team are focused on delivering an unforgettable client experience. As the first point of contact for all clients you will be enthusiastic about ensuring a market-leading experience for our clients and people as well as providing timely and accurate administrative support to the wider office. This role provides the opportunity to work in a highly credible and well-respected organisation with the opportunity to make a real difference through friendly efficient customer centric office and reception services.
Your responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Front of House reception duties including answering phone calls promptly professionally and redirecting calls to the appropriate person.
- Assisting with managing the in-house client experience by way of greeting clients and visitors ensuring their needs are taken care of assisting with meeting room IT systems and ensuring their end-to-end experience is first class.
- Coordinating our client floor by delegating tasks to other team members to ensure all needs of the clients are met including with our in-house catering and operations teams.
- Management of the room booking system (Priava) including monitoring and coordinating the booking schedule including the booking of relevant catering and service requirements together with month end reporting processes.
- Assisting in the setup of meeting rooms as required for meetings and functions including any equipment such as PowerPoint video conference/teleconferencing equipment whiteboards etc.
- Administrative assistance to the Head of Business Operations and wider team as required.
The list of responsibilities may be altered from time to time and you may be asked to perform other duties and participate in projects as directed by the Head of Business Operations.
About you

- At least 1 year experience in reception customer service or administration is preferred.
- Exceptional client service.
- Good eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A positive can do attitude with a desire to be part of a high performing team.
- Time management including the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to fit into a highly professional organisation.
- Ability to work well with people of all levels.
- Reasonable level of computer skills.
- Ability to take complete ownership of role and the tasks within it.
