Job Summary

Super Region Leader with a focus on strategy continuous improvement developing standards Core Pillar engagement and driving excellence through AI tools and other creative mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities
Develop Strategy
Drive Continuous Improvement
Develop KPI tracking mechanisms and AI Tools
Lead discussion and follow up for the Super Region
Coordinate and drive Pillar engagement (Safety People Reliability Cost Standards etc)

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance Business Economics or other related fields

- Master of Business Administration
