Job Summary

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Credit Verification Representative to join their team in Irving TX. They often seek them on a monthly basis.

In this 6-month temp/contract role youll be responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans. This includes verifying and updating credit data as requested by clients to support the mortgage underwriting process. Youll provide key operational support to our Production Team through the course of the credit report supplement process.

Were looking for someone passionate about:

Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution via telephone
Responding to consumer and client inquiries and complaints
Performing administrative tasks like general correspondence and data entry
Effectively perform internet research for documentation to assist with verification requests
Analyzing credit files to identify cause of missing or changed data
Supporting the team however needed to deliver quality services

The ideal candidate will have:

Background in credit reporting loan servicing mortgage banking and/or call center
1 year of mortgage industry experience
PC typing written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction
High school diploma required

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00.

Must be able to work any shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

100% Onsite Location: Irving TX 75038
