Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Monitoring and Interpretation: Continuously monitor and interpret relevant and emerging laws regulations and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop update and implement compliance policies and procedures to address regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
Compliance Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance standards and promote a culture of adherence throughout the organization.
Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular compliance audits prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions to management.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential compliance risks through thorough assessments and develop strategies to effectively mitigate those risks.
Support Global Trade Compliance initiatives: Support Woodwards Segment Support Operations team with a variety of strategic projects designed to promote compliance and process maturation.

Fluent in Compliance Tools: Experienced user of ERP systems and global trade management software tools.
Team-oriented mindset: Demonstrated ability to work well with other and contribute to the success of team projects.
Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:
Experience in tariff recovery/mitigation strategies preferred.
5-7 years of trade compliance experience.
