About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Expert in ApplicationSupport to join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and supportingcritical business applications. This role combines technical troubleshootingautomation and close interaction with business stakeholdersensuring high availability and performance of key systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for business-critical platforms (eFrame & Aggregator)
- Handle support requests incidents and information inquiries
- Ensure incident resolution within SLA including production issues
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems in collaboration with network and IT teams
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders during major incidents
- Automate deployment and configuration processes for improved efficiency
- Manage application installations and parametrization across UAT Preproduction and Production environments
- Support business needs and analyze new requirements
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and coordinate implementations
- Contribute to infrastructure activities (DR tests backup/restore certificate renewals)
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes
- Ensure compliance with security controls and data privacy standards
- Participate in capacity planning and FinOps optimization initiatives
- Provide occasional support during critical periods (including limited weekend coverage)
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or similar roles
- Strong experience with Java and/or C# development
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (especially Azure)
- Experience with Shell Scripting
- Familiarity with SQL Server and/or MongoDB
- Understanding of security best practices in development and deployment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (nice to have)
- Experience in software configuration and installation (eFrame/CleverSoft is a plus)
- Degree in Computer Science IT or related field
