Job Summary
Job Description: Develop maintain and test Business Objects reports including Crystal Reports Desktop Intelligence and Web Intelligence (WebI).
Repoint and manage Business Objects Universe using UDT and update metadata when migrating data sources (e.g. Teradata to Azure).
Validate report data accuracy performance and output after data source migration.
Implement report bursting techniques for efficient report distribution.
Perform report troubleshooting debugging and performance benchmarking.
Optimize report performance and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
Collaborate with data and business teams to understand reporting requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports Desktop Intelligence and WebI.
Experience in Universe Design Tool (UDT) and metadata management.
Experience with Teradata and Azure data platforms.
Knowledge of report bursting and scheduling in Business Objects.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience building BOBJ reports on Databricks Delta tables.
Exposure to cloud data migration projects.
